Who was I to think that such a big important Democrat in a fucking swing state gave a damn? Yup.

It happens more and more often these days; a far cry from my intern days in which about 70% of letters were actually handcrafted personal responses (usually written by the intern, not the elected official). The last 30 or so letters I have sent to elected officials have gotten tangentially related form letters in response. Yet another reminder that our elected officials don't seem to care that much about who put them in office.
